Pediatric Critical Care of South Florida (PCCSF), affiliated with Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital (JDCH), is recruiting a full-time pediatric intensivist. Candidates must be fellowship-trained and BC/BE in pediatric critical care. Candidates must be flexible team-oriented individuals capable of collaborating with our team of advance practice providers and overseeing pediatric residents in the care of critically ill and injured children. Our providers care for patients in our state-of-the-art 26-bed pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) and 20 bed intermediate care unit (IMCU). We collaborate closely with our group of cardiac intensive care physicians and advance practice providers who treat children in the 20-bed cardiac intensive care and intermediate care unit (CV ICU/CV IMCU). Providers rotate to cover separate weeks of service in the PICU and IMCU. Call is in-house overnight. PCCSF operates a pediatric sedation service on weekdays that supports the hematology oncology program, radiology/imaging, and other services.

Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital (JDCH) is a 216 bed free-standing children’s hospital in Hollywood, Broward County, Florida located near Fort Lauderdale. JDCH is one of six hospitals that are part of Memorial Healthcare System (MHS), the third largest public health system in the country.
